Ingredients:-
1 1/2 cup--Soy milk
1/2 cup--vanilla low fat yogurt
1small-banana cut in to chunks
Salt apinch
1/4-cup sugar

- In a blender, combine milk, oranges juice , banana, sugar, salt and yogurt. Blend for about 1 minute. Insert ice cubes, and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
